In our experience, ongoing mentoring and support plays a vital role in encouraging and enabling a facilitator to build their confidence, competence and overall capability.  Without this support a very high percentage of people never apply their newly learned facilitation skills. We have therefore, developed a mentoring and support program which helps …

  1. A newly trained facilitator to successfully complete their first 3 or 4 facilitated sessions
  2. A more experienced facilitator design and facilitate a session in which they have little or no previous experience

  • How to run a wide range of workshops and meetings
  • How to deliver all of our strategy development and strategy execution services


We also run a one day course for facilitators whose facilitation skills have become a little “rusty” or out of date. This course enables them to refresh and update their skills.
