This Programme builds upon The Foundation Facilitation Skills Programme but, delegates can attend this Programme even if they have not completed the Foundation Programme.

Delegates attending this Programme learn about being an advanced facilitator and learn how to set up and facilitate a range of collaborative meetings and workshops.

• Obtain a briefing … to define the objectives and deliverables
• Structure and design the collaborative meeting or workshop
• Complete all of the preparatory activities 
• Facilitate the collaborative meeting or workshop using a visual mapping system and a range of other facilitation techniques
• Deal with conflict, “difficult people” and “difficult situations” 
• Keep the session on track, managing the agenda and achieving the objectives
• Wrap up or close a session

Deliverables

Delegates receive a comprehensive facilitators training manual along with a video recording of facilitated sessions that they have run during the course.  They also receive, 3 free hours of mentoring and support and a 10% discount on the purchase of a visual mapping system.
