Newly trained and inexperienced facilitators
In our experience, a high proportion of the knowledge and skills that are learnt in most facilitator training programmes are never successfully applied. This seems to be a particular issue because many facilitators use their skills quite infrequently. In addition, there is often quite a long time delay between the completion of their training course and their first facilitated session.
More experienced facilitators
Even experienced facilitators will find from time to time that they are faced with running a session that they have no or limited experience of. Therefore, we provide mentoring and support for more experienced facilitators to help them with any aspect of a facilitated session that they are preparing or that they will be running.

We also run a one day refresher course for facilitators whose facilitation skills have become a little “rusty” or out of date. This course enables them to refresh and update their skills.
